Ordering
If you place an order on our website, you will need to with your email and username. If this is your first-time ordering, click the Create Account button to set up your account.
Ordering Multiple Formats of a Book
If you wish to purchase multiple formats of the same book (e.g., hardcover, paperback, ebook, or audiobook), you will need to add each format to your shopping cart separately. Click Continue Shopping inside the cart or choose the back button on your browser to return to the book page.
Shipping Options
In order to see your shipping options during checkout, choose Estimate Shipping and Tax then enter your country, state, and zip code.
If you would like to ship your books to another country, choose Continue to Billing on page 2 of the check out process and you will be able to enter an alternate address.
Checking the Status of Your Order
Once logged in, choose My Account, then My Orders. Select your order and choose View Order. If you order a print book, the shipping information will be included on this page once it becomes available. A tracking number will also be emailed to you along with an order confirmation.
Customs
If your order becomes held up in customs, please contact the carrier first. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact PUPhelp@glassboxx.com.
We are not responsible for any late delivery of books shipped from one of our fulfillment centers or for the cost of shipping.
Customers are responsible and required to pay for any duties, tariffs, VAT, or taxes on any goods ordered from our website and received from our warehouse.
Merchant of Record on Your Bank Statement
Glassboxx will be listed on your bank statement. Glassboxx represents our ecommerce merchant of record. If the bank allows, PUP or ¿ìɫֱ²¥ may also be included.
Discount Codes
Discount codes can be entered in your cart and applied during checkout. Enter the discount code and choose Apply Discount. Your total will be updated.
Please note that qualified items must be in your cart for valid codes to work. Only one code may be applied at a time.

Returns & Refunds
Customers wishing to return print books purchased on the ¿ìɫֱ²¥ website should log into their customer account to read more about our or see below.
Returns Policy - Print ¿ìɫֱ²¥
Customers wishing to return books purchased on the ¿ìɫֱ²¥ website should follow the guidelines below.
Claims for returns on print books must be sent to us within 30 days or less from the delivery date of your purchase.
Email your request for a return to PUPhelp@glassboxx.com. Include the order number and a reason for return.
Acceptable reasons for a return include:
- The wrong book was delivered.
- The book was delivered damaged (you must include a photo).
- A book was lost or not delivered.
We are not responsible for any late delivery of books shipped from one of our fulfillment centers or for the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible and required to pay for any duties, tariffs, VAT, or taxes on any goods ordered from our website and received from our warehouse.
Once we have reviewed your request and determined that a refund is in order, we will email you confirmation and instructions for returning the book(s).

If your request is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the card number used for the original purchase. Allow time for the credit to appear on your credit card account.
To return a book(s) shipped from our U.S. warehouse, send your approved return to RETURNS DEPT., 191 EDWARDS DR, JACKSON, TN 38301 USA. Include a copy of the original packing slip.
To return a book(s) shipped from our U.K. warehouse, send your approved return to Wiley, Returns Department, European Distribution Centre, New Era Estate, Oldlands Way, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO22 9NQ United Kingdom  
To report a problem with your order, such as a lost, undelivered, or damaged item, contact PUPhelp@glassboxx.com with your issue and order number.
We do not offer returns or refunds on ebook or audiobook sales.
