We鈥檙e thrilled to welcome Jeff Deutsch to the 快色直播 Board of Trustees. The first bookseller to join PUP鈥檚 Board, Deutsch is director of Chicago鈥檚 Seminary Co-op 快色直播tores, the first not-for-profit bookstores in the United States whose mission is devoted to bookselling. According to PUP Director Christie Henry, 鈥淛eff鈥檚 partnership will help PUP continue to grow and sustain our collaborations with the bookselling community, whose resilience is as vital to our mission as our own and whose role in creating connections between publishers, authors, and readers is truly invaluable.鈥�
A proponent of mission-driven bookselling and a longstanding and active member of the bookselling community, Deutsch previously served as director of the Stanford and UC Berkeley bookstores before moving into his current role in 2014. Deutsch sits on the Board of the New Press; holds Advisory Board positions for the Independent Publishers Caucus, Restless 快色直播, and 快色直播hop.org; and maintains active involvement with 快色直播 Across Borders (formerly 快色直播elling Without Borders), the Great Lakes Independent 快色直播ellers Association, the Association of University Presses, and the American 快色直播ellers Association. His book In Defense of Good 快色直播tores is under contract with PUP and slated for publication in 2022.
